The short version: I never sell your information, and I never hand it to vendors, lead buyers, or marketing companies.

I get calls all the time from companies asking for my clients' contact information. I have never given it to them, and I never will. I chose the software I use so that your information stays mine to protect, not a product for big lead-generation companies to buy and sell.

The rest of this page explains exactly what I collect, why, and the few times your information goes anywhere else.

Who I am

This website is operated by Andy Hurley Realtor LLC on behalf of Andy Hurley, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent sponsored by Real Broker, LLC. In this policy, "I," "me," and "my" mean Andy Hurley and Andy Hurley Realtor LLC. You can reach me at 979-200-6633 or [email protected].

What I collect

What you give me: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you write in a message, when you fill out a form, call, text, or email me.
Your text-message choices: whether you agreed to receive texts about your inquiry, marketing texts, or both, and when.
Basic website data: like most websites, this one records standard technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and your approximate location based on your IP address. It may use cookies to do this.

How I use it

To answer your questions and help you buy, sell, or lease property.
To schedule appointments and send reminders.
To send you updates about your transaction.
To send you market updates or listings, only if you asked for them.
To keep records Texas law requires real estate license holders to keep.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from me, I use your mobile number only to text you about the things you agreed to. You can reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See the Terms and SMS Terms for details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When your information goes anywhere else

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It leaves my hands only in these cases:

The tools I use to run my business. My CRM, email, and phone service providers store and deliver my messages for me. They are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing.
Your transaction, at your direction. When you hire me, I share what is needed to get your deal done with the people involved, such as your lender, the title company, inspectors, and the other party's agent.
My sponsoring broker. Real Broker, LLC keeps transaction records as Texas law requires.
When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you, or to stop emails. I will respond within a reasonable time, except for records I am required by law to keep.

How I protect it

Your information is stored with reputable service providers that use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but I limit who can see your information and only keep it as long as I need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
